COVID-19 Traveler Update
We understand that guests may be experiencing stress given the rapidly changing information on travel restrictions and cancelled or postponed public events. We want you to know that we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely, keeping those who are affected in our hearts, and are listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from our guests.
The health and wellbeing of our guests and team members is Naples Bay Resort’s highest priority. We are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and our local authorities. Based on the information they provide we will adapt our operations accordingly. We believe in responsible and safe travel while staying vigilant and following the recommended procedures and protocols.
We are continuing to follow the latest CDC guidelines from performing routine environmental cleaning, encouraging our guests and team members to regularly wash hands and to engage in social distancing and prohibiting any group gatherings.
Naples Bay Resort and the beautiful Naples area is open for business and we welcome travelers with our established operational excellence and commitment to care.
Changes in Cancellation Policies
We understand the need for increased flexibility with travel planning right now. We are reducing our cancellation policies to 24 hours until further notice. This will allow our guests more time to adjust their travel plans.
Guests who have booked fully Pre-Paid reservations or Cottage Reservations will be permitted to postpone their stays and re-book at a later date within twelve months from the original arrival date.
