Deposits

Do you take a deposit at the time of booking at the hotel?

  • We take a 1 night deposit on the credit card given at the time of booking.

Do you take a deposit at the time of booking a Vacation Rental?

  • We take a 1 night deposit on the credit card give at the time of booking if it is booked before 60 days. When the reservation is booked within 60 days a full payment of room and tax is taken at the time of booking.

Taxes

What are the taxes I will have pay if I book a room?

  • 11% total Tax (6% sales tax + 5% occupancy tax)
  • The daily resort fee is also subject to tax

What time is Check-in and Check-out?

  • Check-in is after 4:00
  • Check-out is before 11:00 am

Where do I Check-in?

  • Check-in is at the hotel’s front desk in the main lobby.

Where do I go to check-into a cottage?

  • Check-in is at the hotel’s front desk in the main lobby.

How old do I have to be to check-in?

  • Minimum age of guest to check-in is 21, minors must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years old.

What will you charge on my CC at check-in?

  • We do not charge your credit card, we authorize the due balance and $100 per night for any incidental charges (For example: room service, or food and beverage charged to your room).

Do you have a rewards program for the guests?

  • Yes, we are partners with Preferred Hotel Rewards program, anyone can join for free. Please ask the front desk at check-in or you can join online.

Can I check-in early?

  • Check-in is from 4PM onward. We do not guarantee an early check-in but you are more than welcome to use the facilities while you wait for your room to be ready and we can store your luggage if needed.

How late can I check-out?

  • Late check-out is subject to availability and should be requested by contacting the front desk.

Guest Room

What is the difference between the different rooms types at Naples Bay Resort?

Do you have ADA rooms available on the first floor?

  • All of our room are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor accessed by elevators. Our ADA rooms are equipped with a shower chair, grab bars, low counters, low appliances and a limited number of rooms have a roll-in shower.

Do all rooms have a washer and dryer?

  • Our 1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom Suites and Vacation rentals have a washer and dryer.

Is breakfast included in my room rate?

  • Our room rates do not include breakfast unless a package rate which includes breakfast was booked.

Parking

Where do I park if I am staying at the hotel?

  • Parking is available near the main hotel lobby, we also have covered parking garage and a parking lot.
  • The hotel has Valet Parking and self-parking.
  • Valet parking is included in the Daily Resort Fee. Parking is limited to one vehicle per room.

Where do I park if I am staying in one of the Vacation Cottages?

  • Each cottage has its own covered parking space and has additional uncovered parking space if needed.

Where can I park my trailer, boat, or RV?

  • We do not permit trailers, boats, RV’s or any commercial vehicles.

Fees

What fees should I expect when booking a room at the hotel?

  • There is a daily resort fee of $37 plus tax per room, per night.

The resort fee includes:

  • Valet and self-parking
  • Shuttle to Beach and Downtown Naples (5th Avenue)
  • Wi-Fi
  • Local telephone calls
  • Pool towels and chairs
  • Chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach (subject to availability/ first come first serve basis)
  • Access to fitness center
  • Access to sauna, steam, and locker rooms
  • Business center

What fees should I expect when booking a cottage?

  • There is a daily resort fee of $35 plus tax per room, per night, a one-time administrative fee of $100 and a departure cleaning fee of $160.

Cancellation Policy

What are the cancellations policies?

  • Standard: 3 days prior to arrival – 1 night room and tax penalty
    December to April: 7 days prior to arrival
    (Exceptions may apply. Subject to change)
  • Early departure fee will be applied at a minimum of 1-night room and tax
    (Exceptions may apply. Subject to change)

Pet Policy

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

  • Yes we are dog-friendly! $75 Non-Refundable Pet Fee per room. Max 2 dogs at 40 lbs weight limit per animal. A $350 deposit will be held on a valid credit card until departure

Are the Vacation Cottages pet-friendly?

  • Sorry, no pets are permitted at the cottages.

Concierge

What time is the concierge available?

  • Our concierge is available daily from 10:30AM to 7PM, if the concierge is not available our Front Desk Agents can assist with any questions.

Smoking:

Can I smoke in the room or anywhere in the hotel?

  • Smoking is not permitted in the hotel guest rooms, public space or the cottages. There are designated smoking areas located around the property.

Transportation

Does the hotel provide any transportation to areas nearby the hotel?

  • Yes we do offer shuttle transportation, please see below for more details on the destinations and departure times.

Business Center

Do you have a business center?

  • Yes we do; it is located in the hotel lobby.

Fitness Center

Do I need to pay to access the Fitness Center?

  • Full access to the fitness center is included in the resort fee

What equipment is in the Fitness Center?

  • State-of-the-art strength training and cardiovascular equipment.

What are the hours of the Fitness Center?

  • The Fitness Center is open daily from 6:00 AM TO 9:00 PM

Resort Pools

How many pools do you have available and where are they located?

  • We have 5 swimming pools plus 2 whirlpools. The family pool, lazy river, adult pool, adult lap pool are located at The Club. There is an additional pool located in the hotel close to the marina.

What hours are the resort pools open?

  • All resort pools are open from Dusk to Dawn. The Lazy River opens at 11AM.

Can I bring my own food or drinks to the pool?

  • No outside food, drinks (or music) is permitted to be brought into the pool areas.

Room Service

Do you offer room service?

  • Yes, we offer In Room Dining 8AM to 10:30AM daily, with a limited menu.

Restaurants

What restaurants do you have at Naples Bay Resort?

  • We have 3 restaurants and 1 coffee shop at the resort.
    • 1500 South Restaurant & Bar is located at the hotel, it is open seasonally from November thru May.
    • Blue Water Bar & Grill poolside restaurant is located at The Club, serving lunch and dinner daily, 11AM – 7PM. Happy hour is daily from 4-7PM.
    • Bonefish Grill is located at the hotel, open daily for dinner.
    • Our coffee shop is located at the hotel, open daily, 7AM to 6PM, serving breakfast and lunch.

How can I make dinner reservations for the restaurants onsite or offsite?

  • Our concierge, is always available to assist with any restaurant reservation.

Google Chromecast

Can I bring my own device to stream on your TV’s?

  • Yes, our TV’s have Google Chromecast and are enabled for streaming from your own device, for further details or questions please refer to the instructions located in the room.
