~For the past 5 years we have been going to Naples for my Birthday. The last 2 we have stayed at The Naples Bay Resort. The accommodations were perfect. We arrived Thursday 8/12/10 and sadly departed Sunday 8/15/10. We stayed in the one bedroom 2 bathroom suite. Everyone that works there made our stay very enjoyable. What a perfect place! The staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived. When we went up to our suite our children had flowers, wine and fruit waiting for us upon arrival and they also made reservations for us at Olio's. We couldn't ask for more. ~ From the first day of meeting you, through all the event planning leading up to June 5, 2010, you were always the most helpful and most gracious to work with. You are so detailed oriented I knew our wedding would be a huge success! The pool area at the yacht club looked beautiful for the ceremony and the reception at the yacht club was fabulous. You and Diane did such a fantastic job from the set up of the tables with our centerpieces, to the buffet presentation, to selecting the staff for our wedding that made our day just perfect! And…the food was wonderful!!! As you know, we had a number of out-of-town guests who stayed at the resort. All the resort staff performed above and beyond my expectations to make sure that every guest was happy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and charming. The rooms were beautiful and all our guests are still talking about how “first-class” everything was! I know Dan and I made the right choice for our wedding location and we have even commented that any future events we host will be held at the Naples Bay Resort! On a scale of 1 to 10 – 10 being the absolute best – we give you, the staff, and the Resort an 11! I strongly recommend you and the Naples Bay Resort to anyone looking for the perfect place to host an event. We are customers for life! ~ I couldn’t wait to return to work today so I could thank you for the wonderful weekend I spent at the Naples Bay Resort. From the moment of arrival, the pleasant valet attendant, to the smiling, sweet receptionist, EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC !!!!!. The resort is absolutely beautiful---but the staff make it more so. Some examples: I didn’t get a chance to get a massage so we just wanted to tour the spa---it was late on Saturday afternoon and they were already closed. The young lady there actually reopened everything so we could view it and took us on a tour. A beautiful blond lady (I ‘m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name) at the front door desk actually called to see if she could get us spa appointments for Sunday. She followed up after receiving the information and called the room and left a message. The ball was never dropped. I just want you to know I will do my best, whenever there is a resort request, to highly recommend your property. Thank you for the visit and the opportunity to enjoy your hospitality. - May 17, 2010
~ I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Naples Bay Resort. I surprised my mom, who has very expensive taste and like me is a world traveler, for Mother's Day with a little getaway to Naples, FL. I am a hotel snob and don't mind skimping on some things when I travel, but not accommodations - they have to be upscale and clean.
It was a huge villa with tons of space, nicely decorated and comfortable. Full kitchen with granite, wood cabs and stainless steel appliances. We even had an enormous terrace overlooking the marina, where I sipped coffee and read, watching the sun creep over the property the morning after we arrived. She was simply blown away by the entire resort, staff.
The pool, located across the street from the resort at its own venue, was tropical and accommodating for all types - families or singles. The spa was lovely and the gym was full of new machines and plenty of them. I have seen my share of gyms and this was really nice.
What a resort! Go with family, a significant other, a group of friends or by yourself. Dock your boat there. Naples is a wonderful town full of charm and lots of things to do. If you come to South Florida, you should plan at least one day in Naples and by all means, stay at Naples Bay Resort. You will be so glad you did. - May 15, 2010
~ Stayed at this hotel and loved every minute of it. From the front desk to the pool side service everyone at the Naples Bay Resort was amazingly courteous and helpful - we even got upgraded to a suite without asking for an upgrade! ~ I came to Naples, with friends, looking for a tranquil, elegant, and friendly place to stay at. I stopped at many places: The Ritz Carlton (both), The Naples Grande Resort, The Naples Beach Resort, and so on, but none came close to what I found at the Naples Bay Resort. This place is gorgeous! The architecture of the place reminds me of Venice and its entrance lobby is all mosaic tiles. It is rare to see art incorporated unto floors, but they managed to pull it off. The staff is stupendous. I received a warm greeting every time I passed by the lobby area, and their recommendations on places to mingle were spot on. The valet and shuttle services were prompt and professional. I was not disappointed one time while being there, and I am not an easy person to please. The food is mouth-watering and my friends and I were smitten with the Club area; we were there everyday, after we had had our share of their all-organic spa treatments, that is. Needless to say, I was very sad to go, but I will be back. I recommend this place to anyone looking for anything that is worthwhile. I give them two-thumbs up. - April 4, 2010
~ My wife and I usually stay at the Marriott chain of hotels. This ensures that we are never disappointed with the quality of hotel when we arrived at a new destination we have never visited before. My wife and I were on a last minute pleasure trip in southern Florida and had not made reservations ahead of time and wandered off our itinerary. We were faced with looking for a high-end hotel at the last minute on the same day. We literally stumbled across the Naples (Bay) Resort in Naples Florida. Wow, this hotel met all of our expectations. Great location, great food, beautiful resort with my a lot of amenities, beautiful suite. The staff has the class of the Waldorf-Astoria.
